Purpose Mythical Parks is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all employees, visitors, contractors, and exhibitors. This health and safety policy outlines our commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety in all aspects of our operations. Responsibilities: Management: Mythical Parks' management is responsible for providing leadership and resources to ensure the effective implementation of health and safety policies and procedures. Employees: All employees are responsible for their safety and the safety of others. This includes following safety procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, and reporting hazards or unsafe practices.

Contractors and Exhibitors Contractors and exhibitors must comply with health and safety regulations and guidelines while on Mythical Parks premises. They are expected to conduct their activities in a manner that prioritizes safety.

Risk Assessment Mythical Parks will conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement control measures to minimize risks. This includes assessing risks associated with equipment, facilities, and activities.

Emergency Procedures Emergency procedures, including evacuation plans, will be established, communicated, and practiced regularly. Emergency exits and evacuation routes will be marked and maintained.

Training and Awareness All employees and contractors will receive appropriate health and safety training. This includes induction training for new employees and ongoing training to address new risks or changes in procedures.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Appropriate PPE will be provided and must be worn by established guidelines. Employees, contractors, and exhibitors are responsible for using PPE as required for their specific tasks.

Reporting and Investigation of Incidents All accidents, incidents, and near misses must be reported promptly. Mythical Parks will investigate incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Health and Safety Inspections Regular inspections will be conducted to identify and address potential hazards. Inspection findings will be documented, and corrective actions will be implemented promptly.

Health and Safety Committee A Health and Safety Committee will be established to facilitate communication and collaboration between management and employees. The committee will review health and safety performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations.

Continuous Improvement Mythical Parks is committed to continuously improving its health and safety performance. Feedback from employees, contractors, and exhibitors will be actively sought, and policies and procedures will be reviewed regularly to ensure their effectiveness.

Communication This health and safety policy will be communicated to all employees, contractors, and exhibitors. It will be prominently displayed throughout Mythical Parks, and copies will be provided to relevant parties upon request.

Review and Revision his policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legislation, technology, and the nature of Mythical Parks' operations.
